At CircleUP, we keep it simple, soulful, and connected to the land. Most attendees will be camping riverside beneath the October skies, surrounded by golden trees and the sound of flowing water.

🏕️ Camping (Included)

Bring your tent and cozy gear—this is your home for the weekend. We’ll be gathering near the river, with plenty of space for peaceful solo spots or closer community setups. Be sure to prepare for chilly nights and crisp mornings (think layers, blankets, and thermoses full of tea).

🚐 RV Pass (Limited & Add-On)

Want a little more structure and warmth? A limited number of RV parking spots are available and require an RV Pass, which can be added when you register. There are no hookups, but it’s a great option for those who want comfort with a side of nature.

🛖 Shared Spaces

We’ll also have access to a few indoor structures on site, including the Yurt and the BBC Building. These are common spaces for gathering, warming up, and quiet reflection—not overnight accommodations. Think cozy corners, open fires, and kettle time.
