Alysha Oclassen
I am Alysha and I am a lover of movement. From a very young age I was fascinated with the many ways bodies could travel through space. As a kid I found endless joy hanging from tree branches, doing cartwheels and dancing in the backyard. I rarely sat still and was very lucky to have a mother who saw this as a good thing. Looking for a way to direct my excess energy, she enrolled me in my first Jazz class at age 7 and it has been an amazing journey of discovery ever since.
Exploring the possibilities of the body has been my profession for over 30 years. While climbing trees is more of a weekend thing now, I am still deeply dedicated to my daily movement practice. To me, moving my body with intention goes much deeper than the desire for an esthetically pleasing body. It is the way I access my unique voice. It is how I reclaim my calm and balance. It is how I relate to the world.
Movement is the modality of expression that I believe we are all born with and it directly supports my personal desires to lead a life focused on expansion, empowerment, collaboration, creative expression and joy. I delight in finding new ways to work with my physical body and adapt to its changing needs and I feel a deep commitment to create opportunity for others in doing the same.

Erin Sweeney
I am a mother, midwife and practitioner of traditional western herbalism. I love helping women embody their ancient and authentic rhythms and wisdom through the blood mysteries and rites of passage of birthing, mothering, and growing old. As an herbalist, I see that plant allies are here for each and every one of us, when we slow down enough to see them. I have been attending births, breastfeeding and postpartum in the west for thirty years.

Lacie Figuerido
It all began in 1989...
Since then I have lived and experienced a lot of life here on earth. I like to think of myself as a wise old grandma who's stuck in a 35-year-old body, and wants to share the cliff notes to the lessons she has learned. I’m an only child craving community, a mama to two beautiful children, and I have a desire to share my journey to help women live their lives out loud.
