OPEN POSITIONS:

1. Open Instructor Positions

Are you passionate about teaching a skill or leading a session that brings joy, creativity, healing, or self-discovery? We invite you to apply as an instructor for the first annual Circle Up Gathering, taking place October 3–5 at Idaho Basecamp’s Big Lost Campus.

Details:

  • Teach a 2–3 hour class (participants will sign up for sessions of interest)

  • Each instructor will lead one or more sessions during the weekend

  • Instructors receive $100, meals, and a weekend pass to the retreat

  • You’re welcome to donate your stipend to support participant scholarships, if you'd like

We’re curating a diverse schedule of workshops—roughly 25–30 in total—across Saturday and Sunday. Expect an inspiring environment woven with ritual, ceremony, and shared meals.

2. Volunteer Opportunities

Want to be part of the magic without leading a class? We’re also seeking volunteers to help support the event behind the scenes. Volunteers are essential to creating a welcoming, grounded, and flowing experience.

There are many ways to help, including:

  • Welcoming and checking in participants

  • Supporting meals or setting up spaces

  • Assisting instructors during workshops

  • Helping with ceremony and evening events

  • General logistics and clean-up
