Introduction to Rites of Passage: Privilege, Power and Sense of Place - Lydia Missal

This experiential workshop explores and introduces participants to the Rites of Passage framework as a ceremonial and ritual tool.  We will consider how it can be woven into life as a daily practice or an annual pilgrimage based on personally meaningful and culturally relevant considerations.  In utilizing this powerful and life-changing resource, one must also be aware of the impact of privilege, colonization and behavior upon one’s actions and interactions.  To embrace this tool, it’s important to explore right relationship with all beings, cultural appropriation and spiritual bypass.  Finally, the innate desire to cultivate a sense of belonging to people and place will be a cornerstone of this experience.  Come learn with an open mind, willingness to be emotionally vulnerable and consider new ways of being.

The Wander In Practice - An Empowered-Self Realignment in collaboration with Sacred Sisterhood - Alysha Oclassen

Are you yearning for something more? Join me for a somatic-based deep dive into your most authentic self. In this three-hour workshop, we will explore the parts of ourselves that we hide away and act as loving witnesses for each other as we reclaim all that we are. Learn tools to recognize when you are living out of alignment and practice ways to navigate your way back through movement, radical self-acceptance, and grounded, gentle shadow work. Here, our bodies become our guides and our campmates become our trusted circle.

WITHIN: A guide back to you. - Lacie Figueiredo

Nothing is more exciting than to see a woman shift into who she was created to be. I have a deep desire to help women understand that they don't have to strive to be a 2.0 version of themselves, but instead, start stripping away the "I shoulds" and boxes they tend to put themselves in so they can become their fullest, truest, self.

You have everything you need inside of you. Sometimes you just need a little help reviving it.

We will be going over the basics of human design to help you understand how you are meant to navigate the world around you, and how you best make decisions so you can build a deeper trust in yourself. Plan on having an interactive session where you can ask questions about business, life, parenting according to your human design!

Perimenopause Is A Portal, Not A Disorder - Erin Sweeney

Are you surrounded by messages telling you that your body is breaking down? Does something about the midlife women's "health" movement pushing hormones for everyone feel uneasy to you? This is the class for you! We will explore the modern context of perimenopause in our perfection driven culture and along with plant medicine and other supports to reclaim your sovereignty and comfort while transitioning out of the reproductive years and into your next era of you!

Sensing and Tasting Herbal Medicine - Erin Sweeney

The medicine and magic of plants is most effective when you can smell, taste, and sense the remedies directly. We will explore many tastes of liquid extracts and teas, learn their attributes and uses, as well as how to prepare standard herbal infusions-- and why you would want to! You will have to go home with a couple of quart jars of tea (if you don't drink them beforehand). All materials will be provided.

The Power of Personal Storytelling - Jamie Truppi

Discover the healing power of your own story. In this 2–3 hour workshop, you’ll use guided prompts and journaling to reflect on one meaningful life experience. No writing background is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore. Leave with new insight, fresh perspective, and a deeper connection to yourself.

Nature Weaving Workshop- Diana Hedlund

Join Diana for a soulful Nature Weaving experience inspired by the beauty, complexity, and wonder of the natural world. A lifelong maker skilled in knitting, spinning, and weaving, Diana will guide participants in exploring their own creative expression through natural materials and the textile arts. Drawing on 74 years of creativity, intentional living, and hard-earned wisdom, she creates a welcoming space to slow down, connect, and make something meaningful. No previous weaving experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to create.

Venus Retrograde - What do you value and what are you ready to release? - Angela Freebird

Venus retrograde in Scorpio is an invitation to take a deep dive into what really matters. What do we really value now? In this significant year of change, this is yet another opportunity to reevaluate our priorities, the way we connect to pleasure and leisure, and continue releasing what no longer serves us. This is a wonderful time to examine whether unconscious blocks are standing between us and what we truly desire and to explore the outdated patterns that may be ready to be released. Together, we'll explore practical tools to help us identify what is no longer negotiable and discover what we are finally ready to refuse. This workshop isn't here to provide all the answers but to open the door to powerful questions for continued evolution.

Emotional Intelligence: Tapping Our Deep Inner Wisdom - Michelle Choate

The above title is an example -- I do all work based on emotional intelligence.  I currently offer classes, content, and retreats on EQ and well-being, EQ and resilience, EQ and self-compassion (kind and fierce).  I would consider the above offering, depending on length, as growing awareness of the natural skills and abilities reflective of emotional intelligence, creating deeper connections with the physiology of this skillset, and expanding our practice of emotional intelligence in our daily lives.

Needle Felted Ornaments - Tenaya Plowman Kolar

Whether you are a needle felting pro or you’ve never needle felted before, you’ll come away with your own needle felted creation - an ornament with the design of your choosing. This can be something that hangs year-round to beautify & shift the energy in your space, or it can be a seasonal ornament for a Christmas tree. Needle felting, as a handwork practice, is meditative, therapeutic, and draws out the deep-seated creativity that is within us all.
